Request for Proposals for Administrative and Grant Administration Services

The three Sonoma County GSAs (Petaluma Valley, Santa Rosa Plain and Sonoma Valley), are seeking proposals from consultants or firms to provide administrative services and grant management solicitation services.

Ideally, the GSAs will contract with one consultant or firm that will provide services to all three GSAs. However, consultants or firms may submit proposals to provide services to one, two or three GSAs. The proposal must indicate which GSA(s) the consultant or firm is interested in administering.

The GSAs are interested in a consultant’s or firm’s experience in relation to day-to-day management of public entities that involve multiple partners and that focus on water issues, specifically related to the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (“SGMA”).

The Request for Proposal is closed.
